I have stayed in the double room with a storage space, coffee, and a writing table.

Exceptionally clean and well priced place with very friendly staff despite efforts by staff to intervene. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location in very nice area, adjacent to the sports bar, two pubs, and the town centre.

Comfortable and easy location to the river unless walking down a main road in a very nice area.

Perfect location in a very very nice area, near train station for access to maidstone, the restaurant on Friday service, and England. Warm breakfast to star a day with bacon and cheese, for instance.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great showers. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and unlimited coffee and tea. The fitness centre was fantastic, with new facilities and well-organized changing rooms.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel was in a central setting to have an order taken in the restaurant. The double room I was given was complete with the fan and super comfy bed.

Relaxing, spotlessly clean place with responsive staff in quick service. Fabulous meal at à la carte restaurant. Honestly nothing to complain about.

It was nicely presented and recently renovated and we will come back. Really enjoyed how the double room with large comfy bed was arranged when we arrived. The hotel has perfect and easy location just next door to the ferry, the closest supermarket, restaurant, and the public areas.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really good stay on a business trip. Overall it was well decorated and extremely pleasant with 2 separate beds. The accommodation had a central location down to the river. Also, an English open - air museum was around the corner.

As for me, the area was really busy.

This accommodation was in the central location in everything the village has to o. The staff were friendly efficient and know their duties.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The restaurant was very clean with quick service and efficient service, I tried outstanding dishes. The bedroom was comfortable and had a spacious open bathroom. The location was ideal and the staff was extremely helpful during the whole stay!

My room had not so good view.

Very good check-in, late check-out. A nice size and well furnished units with ineffective fan. Professional and well-trained personnel at the receptionist and amazing food. Clearly a nicely appointed hotel in an easy and incredibly comfortable location by a self check-in area.

The breakfast was warm and there was a lot of food to choose from. We liked the convenience of the double room available with huge comfy bed. It was based in very very good building in an ideal and easy location, to the river unless walking down a main road. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby.
